Alex Ning 4d0a0725c9 Use OkHttp3 Authenticator instead of OkHttp Interceptor to handle the case when the request fails with code 401. Refresh the access token in a synchronized block to avoid getting more than one access tokens and getting duplicate posts when performing multiple unauthorized requests. Minor bugs fixed.
