Add Kavita tracker (#7488)

* Added kavita tracker

* Changed api endpoint since tachiyomi has it's own. Moved some processing to backend

* Bugfix. Parsing to int instead of float

* Ignore DOH, update migration and cleanup

* Fix Unexpected JSON token
