Slavi Pantaleev 8f1262b596 Add matrix_authentication_service_syn2mas_process_extra_arguments to allow for --upstreamProviderMapping to be used with syn2mas
This makes it possible to migrate from Synapse when OIDC had been used
and the Synapse user database contains OIDC-sourced users.
