7a5a75ed03 Add a MAS note about the lack of encrypted appservices support
Fixes https://github.com/spantaleev/matrix-docker-ansible-deploy/issues/3658

Well, it's not a fix for "encrypted" Hookshot failing to work together with MAS, but..
It's not really an issue we can do anything about.

synapse-admin is a web UI tool you can use to **administrate users, rooms, media, etc. on your Matrix server**. It's designed to work with the Synapse homeserver implementation, but to some extent may work with [Dendrite](./configuring-playbook-dendrite.md) as well. synapse-admin is a web UI tool you can use to **administrate users, rooms, media, etc. on your Matrix server**.
