Try to fix /_matrix/client/v3 for ma1sd via URL rewriting to (/_matrix/client/r0)
Hopefully fixes: https://github.com/spantaleev/matrix-docker-ansible-deploy/issues/2954 Untested. Patch inspired by: https://github.com/spantaleev/matrix-docker-ansible-deploy/issues/2954#issuecomment-1795029963
