Subject: [PATCH] Update docs/configuring-playbook-postgres-backup.md: replace
 the instruction with the reference to the document copied to the MASH project

This follows the change for docs on BorgBackup with 414445b6bf09d29dc1075e8954fb78a66d26a53a.
