* Viewer navigation

* Only create navigator when changed

and change tap zone when invertTapping is changed

6e7fefb8b2 Strip out no longer used tracker start/end date code 
Unfortunately MAL was the only one that supported it in the app, but the official API doesn't support it, so now no trackers have it.
