- Removed `deadcode`, `structcheck`, and `varcheck` linters from `.golangci.yml`

- Removed unnecessary else clause in `exec.go` and `runner.go`
- Simplified variable initialization in `exec.go`
- Changed function name from `getHttpClient` to `getHTTPClient` in `http.go`
- Removed unnecessary else clause in `labels_test.go`
