* Add Docker capabilities

Changed launchSettings
Added Dockerfile && docker-compose with traefik labels

* Relocate launchSettings.json

* Delete workflows

Not needed anymore

* Add Docker for WebApi
Added docker-compose && Dockerfile

* Fix minor mistakes
